I'm tired of thinking about the gratuity of life. I'm tired because living is a painful journey. Pain is inevitable while the suffering is optional. We can do nothing when life brings us moments of sadness.
We give up the fight? Certainly not...
But we can seek a less strenuous way. Lao Tzu says that knowledge brings to man the notion of their misery. It is not necessary to seek all the answers. We do not have to ask any questions about everything. It is often better to leave aside our curiosity.
The forbidden fruit of the Garden of Eden tree was the tree of knowledge. Precisely because he gave man a sense of himself. The forbidden fruit gave free will to man.
We have to evolve the freedom to the sense of duty. Full freedom is not good for our improvement. Without the sense of duty we can do nothing before everyone else.
OK ... Let it be!
